Our award-winning farmstead goat milk caramels. We use--as our primary ingredient and principal flavoring agent--fresh, raw, creamy goat's milk supplied by our herd of healthy, happy, free-browsing companions. Handmade at the farm with the help of Manhattan, Orion, Fern, Gertrude, Cicada, Cy, Solaris, Junebug, Ahmic, Meridien, Winnimere, and Luna using only fresh & delicious milk combined with the highest quality ingredients. Two flavors:

1) Our original sea salt & bourbon vanilla -- this caramel was selected as the 2012 outstanding confection and awarded the gold SOFI at last summer's Fancy Food Show.

2) Our goat milk chai caramel -- which is currently a finalist for a prestigious Good Food Award! Made with organic chai supplied by our friend Neil Harley of Vermont's own Chai Wallah.
